BOCA-Stuffed Baked Poblanos

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook and stir onions and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 2 min.
  3. Stir in next 6 ingredients; cook 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  4. Discard bay leaf.
  5. Stir 3/4 cup cheese into tomato mixture; spoon into chiles.
  6. Place, filled-sides up, in single layer in shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake 15 min.
  9. or until chiles are heated through (160 degrees F) and cheese is melted.
  10. Sprinkle with cilantro.
