Chicken and Rice Bake
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free)
- 1 14 cups water
- 34 cup uncooked regular brown rice
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 -4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup mushroom
- In a 2-quart shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, paprika, and pepper.
- Place chicken on rice mixture.
- Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper.
- Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is done.
