Sausage And Cheese Chowder Recipe

  1. Heat butter, carrots, celery and onion in large saucepan till bubbly.
  2. Reduce heat and cover.
  3. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 20 min.
  4. Meanwhile, fry sausages.
  5. Drain.
  6. Slice into bite size pcs.
  7. Stir flour into vegetable mix.
  8. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till mix is bubbly.
  9. Stir in water, salt, celery salt, paprika, pepper and corn.
  10. Heat to boiling.
