Lemon Cooler

  1. Place 2 mint sprigs and 1/2 teaspoon sugar in each of 4 old-fashioned glasses.
  2. Muddle until the mint is well bruised and crushed.
  3. Divide the bourbon among the glasses.
  4. Add 2 scoops of the lemon sorbet to each glass.
  5. Top with club soda and serve, adding ice if desired.
