Biscuit Cheeseburgers Recipe

• 1/2 pound hamburger
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 c. Bisquick (for biscuits)
• 2 tbsp. onion, chopped
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 12 thin slices cheese

1. Mix hamburger and seasoning and form into six patties.
2. Mix Bisquick according to directions on box for 12 rolled biscuits, cut into 12 circles.
3. Place a meat pattie between two biscuits with slice of cheese.
4. Seal together, press edges, prick top and bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
