Cherry Cheese Cake Delight
- 1 3/4 cups graham crackers/wafers crushed
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 packages dessert topping
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- Graham Crust: Mix together ingredients.
- Press into 8 inch x 12 inch loaf pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350F (180C).
- Filling: Mix creamed cheese and powdered sugar.
- In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
- Add this mixture to the creamed cheese mixture and pour into cooled graham cracker crust.
- Chill mixture for several hours.
- When firm, top with one can of cherry pie filling.
