BBQ Pulled Pork
- 14 -18 lbs pork shoulder butt
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 2 (45 ounce) bottles barbecue sauce
- Trim fat off of roast and cut into cubes about two inches square.
- It can take up to 2 hours depending on how lean you want it and how much fat you trim off.
- Mix in 3 tablespoons salt and bake covered at 325 degrees for 4 to 5 hours.
- Drain water off of pork.
- Stir pork and it should fall apart.
- Add BBQ sauce (I use 1 1/2 to 2 bottles) and bake covered another hour (I use Famous Dave's Rich & Sassy).
- Serve on a bun.
