BBQ Pulled Pork

  1. Trim fat off of roast and cut into cubes about two inches square.
  2. It can take up to 2 hours depending on how lean you want it and how much fat you trim off.
  3. Mix in 3 tablespoons salt and bake covered at 325 degrees for 4 to 5 hours.
  4. Drain water off of pork.
  5. Stir pork and it should fall apart.
  6. Add BBQ sauce (I use 1 1/2 to 2 bottles) and bake covered another hour (I use Famous Dave's Rich & Sassy).
  7. Serve on a bun.
