Just 15 Minutes! Easy and Really Yummy Chunky Pork Stew

  1. Chop the daikon into thick pieces and boil in the water used for washing the rice.
  2. Slice the ginger.
  3. Add the meat to a pot and cover with just enough water until submerged.
  4. Add the leek and ginger and pressurize for 10 minutes.
  5. Throw out the boiled liquid (and the soup if you used Chinese soup granules).
  6. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Add the pork and all of the ingredients into a pot and turn on the heat.
  8. Pressurize for 15 minutes and then turn off the heat.
  9. Leave it until the lid opens.
  10. Take off the lid and simmer on medium-low heat to finish!
  11. You can use the excess liquid to make flavorful rice ('')
