Just 15 Minutes! Easy and Really Yummy Chunky Pork Stew
- 500 grams Pork block
- 1/2 Daikon radish
- 3 Boiled eggs
- 1 Japanese leek (green part)
- 1 piece Ginger
- 100 ml Water
- 100 ml Soy sauce
- 100 ml Sake
- 50 grams Sugar
- Chop the daikon into thick pieces and boil in the water used for washing the rice.
- Slice the ginger.
- Add the meat to a pot and cover with just enough water until submerged.
- Add the leek and ginger and pressurize for 10 minutes.
- Throw out the boiled liquid (and the soup if you used Chinese soup granules).
- Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the pork and all of the ingredients into a pot and turn on the heat.
- Pressurize for 15 minutes and then turn off the heat.
- Leave it until the lid opens.
- Take off the lid and simmer on medium-low heat to finish!
- You can use the excess liquid to make flavorful rice ('')
