Diabetic Fruit Bars Recipe

  1. Mix flour, oats, salt, sweetener, vanilla and vegetable shortening with fork till crumbly.
  2. Add in juices to let crumbs stick together.
  3. Spread half on bottom of square pan.
  4. Place layer of fruit, spread rest of crumbs on top.
  5. Bake, cold and cut in squares.
