Lazy Asparagus Ranch Salad
- 1 (15 ounce) can asparagus (tips, whole, fresh cooked, whatever's on hand)
- 14 cup ranch dressing (I used low fat hidden valley)
- 1 small tomatoes (diced)
- 2 teaspoons onions (diced)
- 2 teaspoons celery (diced)
- 2 teaspoons bell peppers (diced)
- 12 medium cucumber (diced)
- 4 tablespoons cheese (grated, any flavor, I had colby jack on hand)
- 14 cup crouton
- open & drain asparagus.
- chop, slice, dice all fresh veggies (I did them small/diced because we like it that way, but it is any way u want it) add all veggies to mixing bowl.
- add drained asparagus and ranch dressing.
- mix until everything is covered with dressing (may have to add more per taste).
- Top with cheese & croutons.
- Chill.
- SERVE/ENJOY.
