Portabella mushroom burger

  1. Heat grill.
  2. Coat mushrooms in olive oil.
  3. Season.
  4. Place mushrooms on grill cap side down first.
  5. Cook 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip then cook another 3 minutes.
  7. Add cheese and cook 1 more minute.
  8. Spread mayo on bun then stack the mushroom and toppings on bun.
