Rice noodle with curry sauce and sausage

  1. First soak rice noodles in hot water for 30 min.
  2. Start sausage during soaking of rice noodles cook fully slice add back to wok or pan .
  3. Add white wine to deglaze pan when with sausage still in reduce wine abit then add all other seasonings don't drain grease let cook 3 mins drain noodles add to pan or wok toss let flavors infuse noodles for 5 mins keep tossing on med heat add hot sauce if you like.
