Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef consomme
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 (12 ounce) package portabella mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- cream cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
- In sauce pan heat drizzle of oil and butter.
- Cut up Stew Meat into bite size pieces.
- Dredge in flour and brown.
- Add to crock pot browned meat, mushroom soup, consomme, sliced mushrooms, sherry, worcheshire, minced garlic.
- Cook on high 4 hours 30 min before serving add in cream cheese and yogurt.
- Cook noodles.
- Then pour beef mixture over noodles and enjoy.
