Stir-Fried Pork and Spinach
- 50 grams Pork
- 1 bunch Spinach
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- Chop pork into bite-sizes, and spinach 2 cm-wide.
- Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork.
- When it's cooked, add spinach and stir-fry briskly.
- Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce, then enjoy.
