Stir-Fried Pork and Spinach

  1. Chop pork into bite-sizes, and spinach 2 cm-wide.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork.
  3. When it's cooked, add spinach and stir-fry briskly.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce, then enjoy.

  6. IIkun-san made a variation that adds grated fresh ginger.
  7. Even more appetizing with the ginger's flavor!
  8. Here's yukamama-san's version with some minced garlic I'm sure it tastes delicious and sharp.
  9. And this is Pochamu-san's variation using bok-choy The bok-choy looks really crunchy.
  10. Takatsubame-san used ground meat in this variation It looks delicious with the umami-rich flavor of ground meat.
  11. Finally, here's Chusen-san's variation with salted pork and onions.
