Toasted Almond Banana Pops

  1. Lightly grease insides of paper cups; sprinkle the bottom and side of each cup with about 1 tablespoon almonds.
  2. Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk and almond extract; fold in whipped topping.
  3. Spoon pudding into prepared cups.
  4. Insert a popsicle stick into a banana piece; insert into pudding in center of each cup.
  5. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
