Cranberry Pizza Appetizer
- 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 (8 ounce) package brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 34 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 12 cup pecans, chopped
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fm then lightly grease a 12" pizza pan.
- Unroll dough & separate into triangles, placing them on prepared pizza pan with tips toward center.
- Press out dough with hands, connecting all the edges that are close together.
- Bake about 6 minutes or until light golden brown, then remove from oven.
- Sprinkle with cheese & spoon cranberry evenly over cheese, before sprinkling entire 'pizza' with pecans.
- Return to oven & bake until cheese is melted & crust is golden brown, about 8 minutes.
- Remove from oven & cool slightly, before cutting into wedges.
- Any leftovers should be refrigerated.
