Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and honey.
  2. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; add to the creamed mixture.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Flatten with a fork dipped in sugar.
  7. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool on pans for 1 minute before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
