Raspberry Puree
1/2 pint raspberries
1 to 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons raspberry liqueur
Puree raspberries in blender or food processor.
Add sugar and liqueur to taste, and blend.
Strain if desired.
