Chicken With Vegetable Sauce Recipe

  1. In large electric skillet, layer lettuce, half the onion, chicken, seasonings, remaining onion and carrots.
  2. Add in water.
  3. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 35 to 45 min or possibly till chicken is fork tender.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
  5. 220 calories per serving.
