Sauerkraut And Wieners Recipe
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 #2 1/2 can sauerkraut
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1 to 2 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1 pound franks
- In warm butter in saucepan, cook onion till tender.
- Stir in sauerkraut, tomato juice, honey and caraway seed.
- Cook, covered, 15 min longer.
- To serve, place in serving dish, arranging franks on top of sauerkraut.
