Quick Chili Mac

  1. Saute turkey with onions, celery and pepper.
  2. Once the meat is browned and the veggies are softened, add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
  3. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Add cheese, cover and simmer until cheese melts.
