Quick Chili Mac
- 16 ounces, weight Ground Turkey Or Beef
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 1 cup Chopped Green Pepper
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Tablespoon Instant Chicken Bouillon
- 3/4 cups Uncooked Macaroni
- 1 cup Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 6 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Saute turkey with onions, celery and pepper.
- Once the meat is browned and the veggies are softened, add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add cheese, cover and simmer until cheese melts.
