Rich and Tasty Gochujang and Mayonnaise Flavored Pork and Vegetable Stir-Fry
- 200 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 5 to 6 shakes Salt and pepper
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 medium Carrot
- 1 bunch Chinese chives
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Gochujang
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Pre-flavor the thinly sliced pork with the ingredients.
- Julienne the carrot, cut the onion into wedges, and chop up the Chinese chives into easy to eat pieces.
- Stir fry the pork.
- In the meantime, combine the ingredients to make the sauce.
- When the pork is almost cooked, add all vegetables except the chives and stir fry.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Just before everything is cooked, add the chives and sauce and mix.
- Taste and add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce if needed.
