Parsley Pesto

  1. Cream together butter, parmesan, parsley, garlic (chopped), basil and marjoram.
  2. Add olive oil in a steady stream to incorporate.
  3. Mix in walnuts.
  4. Serve on the side with bread,or stir into Simple Minestrone Soup.
