Parsley Pesto
- 14 cup butter
- 14 cup parmesan cheese (the cheap kind works best)
- 12 cup parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 12 teaspoon marjoram
- 14 cup olive oil
- 14 cup walnuts (optional)
- Cream together butter, parmesan, parsley, garlic (chopped), basil and marjoram.
- Add olive oil in a steady stream to incorporate.
- Mix in walnuts.
- Serve on the side with bread,or stir into Simple Minestrone Soup.
