Spicy, Saucy Ribs

  1. Heat oven to 325.
  2. Cut ribs into serving pieces.
  3. Place meaty sides up.
  4. In a rectangular pan cover and bake for about 2 hours or until tender; drain.
  5. Pour sauce all over ribs.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes longer.
