Gukbap Made With Leftover Bean Sprout Rice

  1. I had a little leftover from making "Easy Inexpensive Bean Sprout Rice".
  2. What to do with it?
  3. Turn it into gukbap of course!
  4. Put all the ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil.
  5. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, and add a bit of sesame oil!
  6. Pour the soup on the leftover rice, scatter with toasted white sesame seeds and chopped green onions, and that's it!!
  7. Easy, right?
