Chocolate Toffee

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line jelly roll pan with foil.
  3. Arrange saltines evenly on foil in pan.
  4. Melt butter and sugar together in a saucepan.
  5. Pour butter and sugar mixture evenly over saltines.
  6. Heat in oven for 8-10 minutes, until brown and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and distribute chips evenly over saltines.
  8. Wait a minute until they start to melt, then spread the chocolate evenly across saltines.
  9. Refrigerate.
