Agasajos (Mexican Hot Chocolate) Recipe

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except the chocolate in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil and reduce the heat to low.
  3. Remove chili and cinnamon.
  4. Let it simmer for a few min, then add in the chocolate.
  5. Whisk till the chocolate is combined, strain and serve.
