Broccoli-Stuffed Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F heat water and dissolve chicken bouillon
  2. flatten chicken to 1/4 in
  3. Combine remaining dry seasonings, sprinkle over chicken evenly
  4. Combine broccoli and cheese, spread 1/4 of mixture onto each chicken breast
  5. fold long sides over, secure with toothpick or kitchen string
  6. Place seam side down in baking dish.
  7. Pour broth (maid in step 2) over chicken
  8. cover loosely and bake for 30 min
  9. remove cover, baste chicken, bake 10 more minutes or until chicken juices run clear
