Fall of the Bone Ribs

  1. Cut Ribs in half for easier handling and serving.
  2. Add Pork Rub and rub into meat.
  3. Wrap in aluminum foil.
  4. Make it as air tight as possible.
  5. Put in refrigerator for at least 24 hours (the longer the better).
  6. Bake at 325 for 3 1/2 hours.
  7. Let cool 20 minutes.
  8. Grill ribs and add BBQ sauce to taste.
