Italian Meatloaf
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (2 ounce) package meatloaf seasoning mix
- preheat oven, in large bowl mix together beef, 1/3 cup of sauce, egg, seasoning and 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Spread out into a 9x11" pan.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheese down the middle of the meat then roll it up and turn it, shape into a loaf.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minute Pour the rest of the sauce on top and bake another 15 minute Let stand 5 min before serving.
