Bangkok Burger

  1. For the patties: In a large bowl, combine ingredients with your clean, bare hands.
  2. Divide meat into equal-sized patties.
  3. Set aside.
  4. For the slaw: In a medium-sized bowl, toss julienne-style cucumber and carrots.
  5. Drizzle chili sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and Sriracha over the vegetables and toss to coat.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Heat grill on medium-high heat.
  8. Place patties on grill and grill on one side for approximately 5 minutes if turkey is present, or 3 minutes if beef.
  9. Flip and continue to cook about 5 minutes if turkey, and 4 minutes if beef.
  10. Serve on bun, topped with slaw, sliced scallions, pea shoots (optional) and dress top bun with creamy peanut butter.
