Salmon Yule Log

  1. Drain and flake salmon
  2. Add all ingredients except pecans, combine well.
  3. Chill for several hours or overnight
  4. Shape into log and chill for 2-3 more hours
  5. Sprinkle pecans on wax paper, roll log in pecans
  6. Chill until ready to serve, serve with crackers of choice.
  7. I use Ritz, enjoy!
