Hot Crabmeat Dip Recipe
- 2 pound backfin lump crabmeat
- 2 c. (1 lb.) American mild cheese, grated
- 1 stick butter
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Heat butter in pan, then stir in everything else except crab and cheese.
- In separate bowl, grate cheese then mix with crabmeat, put in baking dish and pour sauce over crab and cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 min.
- Serve hot in chafing dish.
