Black Forest Cheesecake Delight

  1. Raspberry pie filling may be substituted for the cherry.
  2. To make the crust: Combine the crumbs and margarine; and press onto the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
  3. Bake at 350F (180C) F for 10 min.
  4. To make the filling: Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at med speed with an electric mixer until blended.
  5. Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition.
  6. Blend in the chocolate and the extract, and pour over crust.
  7. Bake at 350F (180C) F for 45 min.
  8. Loosen the cake from the rim of pan; cool before removing.
  9. Chill.
  10. Top the cake with the pie filling and the whipped topping just before serving.
