Lean Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven 400.
  2. Combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese in large bowl and mix well.
  3. Separate half of mixture and smooth out in loaf pan.
  4. Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheddar cheese and top with remaining part of meat mixture and smooth.
  5. Bake for 1 1/2 hour.
  6. If desired sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over top of loaf for the last 10-15 minutes.
