Finlay's Fresh Fettucini Alfredo
- 12 cup butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 12 cups parmesan cheese
- 1 lb fresh fettuccine
- parsley (optional for flavor)
- heat butter over sauce pan on low until completely melted.
- slowly add in garlic and stir into butter along with the heavy cream.
- add in the black and white pepper and turn your stove up to medium.
- slowly let the sauce thicken while gradually starting to mix in the parmesan.
- after the sauce has fully thickened and been stirred well, add a touch of parsley to your Alfredo sauce for flavor.
- immediately serve over fresh Fettucini pasta and be ready to want more.
