Potatoes Mary Margaret

  1. Peel and slice potatoes very thin.
  2. Layer in a small buttered casserole; potatoes, cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Simmer cream, butter and garlic until reduced by half.
  4. Pour over potatoes, sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Bake in a 350F (180C).
  6. oven for 1 1/2 hours.
