Double-Delight Sugar Cookie

• 1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies, cut into thin slices
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 16 JET-PUFFED Sugar Cookie Marshmallows
• 2 cups fresh raspberries

1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. Line 12-inch pizza pan with foil; spray with cooking spray.
3. Arrange cookie dough slices in single layer in prepared pan; press together to completely cover bottom of pan.
4. Bake 14 min.
5. or until lightly browned; cool completely.
6. Invert cookie crust onto plate; carefully remove foil.
7. Turn crust over; return to plate.
8. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until blended; spread onto crust.
9. Top with marshmallows and berries.
