Teri Sliders
- 2 pounds Ground Hamburger
- 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 bags (8.8 Oz. Bag) Hawaiian King Sub Rolls
- Horseradish (wasabi) Mayo, To Serve
- 1 head Lettuce
- 1 whole Tomato, Sliced
- Mix the ground meat, terikayi sauce, egg, and panko together in a bowl.
- Form patties and cook either on your grill or in your frying pan.
- While your patties are cooking, prepare your rolls by cutting them in half, then splitting them so you can use them like a hamburger bun.
- Toast the rolls in your oven.
- When rolls are nice and toasted, spread whatever amount of horseradish (wasabi) mayo on the rolls.
- Start assembling your slider with your teri patty, 1 lettuce leaf, and and 1 slice of tomato.
