Fairy Cakes (So Simple)
- 115 g soft margarine
- 115 g caster sugar
- 115 g self raising flour
- 2 eggs
- Preheat the oven to 185C.
- Sift the flour in to a bowl and add eggs, margarine and sugar.
- Beat really well until nice and smooth.
- Divide the mixture into small bun cases.
- Cook for around 15 minutes (may need longer though depending on your oven).
- Remove from the oven when they are well risen and when gently touched on top they spring back up afterwards.
- Leave to cool and then decorate.
