Fairy Cakes (So Simple)

  1. Preheat the oven to 185C.
  2. Sift the flour in to a bowl and add eggs, margarine and sugar.
  3. Beat really well until nice and smooth.
  4. Divide the mixture into small bun cases.
  5. Cook for around 15 minutes (may need longer though depending on your oven).
  6. Remove from the oven when they are well risen and when gently touched on top they spring back up afterwards.
  7. Leave to cool and then decorate.
