Crispy Baked Fillets Recipe

  1. Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pcs.
  2. Season dip in oil and coat with corn flake crumbs.
  3. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
  4. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 min without turning or possibly basting.
  5. Yield: 4 servings.
