Caesar Tortellini Salad
- cheese tortellini, uncooked
- 1-1/2 qt. Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 3/4 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan
- beef flank steaks Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- portobello mushrooms, gills and stems removed
- romaine lettuce, torn
- Cook tortellini as directed on package; drain.
- Place in large bowl.
- Beat dressing, lemon juice and cheese with whisk until blended.
- Pour half the dressing mixture over combined steak and mushrooms in separate large bowl; toss to coat.
- Remove steak and mushrooms from dressing mixture; discard dressing mixture.
- Grill steak and mushrooms on medium-high heat 4 min.
- on each side or until steak is medium-rare, or desired doneness, and mushrooms are lightly charred and tender.
- Transfer to cutting board; let stand 5 min.
- Cut into diagonal slices.
- Add to tortellini; mix lightly.
- Add lettuce and remaining dressing mixture; toss to coat.
