Caesar Tortellini Salad

  1. Cook tortellini as directed on package; drain.
  2. Place in large bowl.
  3. Beat dressing, lemon juice and cheese with whisk until blended.
  4. Pour half the dressing mixture over combined steak and mushrooms in separate large bowl; toss to coat.
  5. Remove steak and mushrooms from dressing mixture; discard dressing mixture.
  6. Grill steak and mushrooms on medium-high heat 4 min.
  7. on each side or until steak is medium-rare, or desired doneness, and mushrooms are lightly charred and tender.
  8. Transfer to cutting board; let stand 5 min.
  9. Cut into diagonal slices.
  10. Add to tortellini; mix lightly.
  11. Add lettuce and remaining dressing mixture; toss to coat.
