Barbecued Pork Teriyaki Recipe
- 1/4 c. of dry red wine
- 1/4 c. of red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. of low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 c. of vegetable oil
- 2 x cloves of garlic minced
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 1/8 tsp fresh grnd black pepper
- 4 1/2 x " thick pork chops
- Mix first seven ingredients in a glass bowl/dish.
- Add in pork chops, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hrs.
- Remove from marinade and grill on indirect heat for 5 min on each side, brushing with reserved marinade.
- Don't serve used marinade as a sauce without boiling it for 5 min.
- It will have bacteria in it from the raw meat.
