Barbecued Pork Teriyaki Recipe

  1. Mix first seven ingredients in a glass bowl/dish.
  2. Add in pork chops, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hrs.
  3. Remove from marinade and grill on indirect heat for 5 min on each side, brushing with reserved marinade.
  4. Don't serve used marinade as a sauce without boiling it for 5 min.
  5. It will have bacteria in it from the raw meat.
