Brisket In Foil Recipe

  1. Trim excess fat from brisket.
  2. Place meat on large sheet of heavy foil in shallow roasting pan; sprinkle with onion soup & pepper.
  3. Pour wine around meat.
  4. Cut carrots & potatoes in half & arrange around meat.
  5. Wrap foil to create an airtight package, but allowing space for gravy to create; bake in 325 oven for 3-4 hrs.
  6. Slice meat across grain; serve with pan juices & vegetables.
