Couscous Salad

  1. Boil 2 cups water.
  2. Pour the boiling water over the couscous in a heatproof container.
  3. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes, fluff with a fork, and allow to cool to room temperature.
  4. Combine the couscous with the remaining ingredients in a serving container and toss well.
  5. Serve at once or cover and refrigerate until needed.
