Minestrone Soup

  1. In large skillet cooke teh sausage until brown.
  2. Drain well.
  3. In a 5 to 6 quart crock pot, place squash, potatoes, fennel, onion, garlic, beans and sage.
  4. Top with sausage.
  5. Pour broth and wine over all.
  6. Cook in crock pot on high for about 4 hours or low for about 7 to 8 hours.
  7. Serve hot.
