Roasted Thick Potato Chips

  1. Heat the oven to 500 degrees F.
  2. Thinly slice the potatoes lengthwise 1/8-inch thick.
  3. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on nonstick baking sheet.
  4. Brush the potatoes with extra-virgin olive oil, rosemary and grill seasoning.
  5. Bake potatoes turning once 25 minutes until crisp.
