Maitake Mushrooms & Green Pepper Kombu Tea Stir-fry

  1. Shred the maitake mushrooms with your hands.
  2. Cut the green peppers in half vertically, slice diagonally, then julienne.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and add the green peppers.
  4. When the peppers are coated in the oil, add the maitake mushrooms and stir-fry.
  5. When the maitake mushrooms are tender, add the kombu tea and sake.
  6. Continue stir-frying and pour the soy sauce in the side of the frying pan.
  7. Toss and then season with pepper.
