Maitake Mushrooms & Green Pepper Kombu Tea Stir-fry
- 1 pack Maitake mushrooms
- 2 Green peppers
- 1 heaping spoonful from the spoon that comes with it Kombu tea
- 1 tbsp Sake, soy sauce
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil for stir frying
- Shred the maitake mushrooms with your hands.
- Cut the green peppers in half vertically, slice diagonally, then julienne.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add the green peppers.
- When the peppers are coated in the oil, add the maitake mushrooms and stir-fry.
- When the maitake mushrooms are tender, add the kombu tea and sake.
- Continue stir-frying and pour the soy sauce in the side of the frying pan.
- Toss and then season with pepper.
