Red Potato Soup

  1. Brown ground beef.
  2. (I use 90/10 for soup).
  3. Add onions, peppers and all seasonings.
  4. Saute until onions are translucent.
  5. Add potatoes, tomato sauce, beefy onion soup mix and paste with enough water to make sure all ingredients are covered well.
  6. Simmer until potatoes are soft and soup has thickened.
  7. Approx 15 minutes.
