Texas Hash
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 2 cups onions, chopped
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 1 12 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup rice, raw
- brown meat in skillet and drain well.
- put all ingredients in a crock pot.
- stir thoroughly.
- cover an cook on low 6-8 hours or 4 hours on high.
- serve with garnish of cheeses or sliced jalapenos.
